Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup of milk
2 cups frozen fruit of your choice (berries, mangoes, peaches, etc.)
6 popsicle molds
6 ice cream sticks

Kids are sure to love these smoothies on a stick. They only require 3 ingredients to make and are so easy to prepare that you can make a serving at any time. Simply mix, pour into popsicle molds (using a popsicle stick) and freeze to make it cool and creamy. And for a fun swirling effect, like in the photo above, make 2 separate popsicle mixes using different fruits — strawberries for one and blackberries for the other, for example-then pour the different flavorings into the popsicle molds in alternating layers. Don't hesitate to get creative with your family's favorite fruits and fresh flavors — you can even add a handful of fresh mint or basil to the mix.
