Ingredients

1 lemon
1 lime
½ cup sugar
10 oz still water
16 ounces of floral gin or spirits of your choice
4 ounces fresh lemon juice
4 ounces fresh lime juice
1 oz absinthe
6 drops of bitter angostura
16 thin cucumber slices
8 fresh mint leaves
Ice Cube
32 oz sparkling water
Garnish with thinly sliced lemon and lime.

1 Part sweet: Start by making a simple syrup.In a large bowl, combine the rind of 1 lemon and 1 lime with the sugar. Add 10 ounces of still water; stir until the sugar is dissolved.Alcohol in 2 parts: choose what works best with the flavor profile you create.Flower gin works best here - stir in 16 ounces.1 part sour cream: fresh citrus fruits are used as standard.Add lemon juice and lime juice.Flavorings: Add liqueurs and fresh herbal ingredients for a delicate taste.Add absinthe and bitter angostura. Add cucumber slices and mint leaves. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.4 parts sparkling water: finishing touch before serving.Pour the punch into a punch bowl over an ice cube; peel the citrus fruits. Add sparkling water. Decorate if desired.
