200 g of bitter chocolate (with 70% cocoa content)
3 eggs
Butter (4 tablespoons)
60 g sugar and flour

Chocolate cake with a thick crispy shell and a liquid core (fondan) is a popular dessert dish. For its preparation is not required to select rare or expensive products. But the result will impress anyone. 

Chocolate cake tiles, broken pieces, and cut into cubes of butter spread in a bowl, set on a water bath and stirring, allow them to completely melt. Then remove from heat and leave for the mixture to cool slightly. During this time, you need to beat the sugar with eggs and then mix them in a warm chocolate mixture. Through a strainer add flour and salt and knead the dough quickly. 

Then the dough is spread out on oiled and floured molds. They can be filled almost to the top, as the dough when baking is not much increase in volume. Molds are kept in the oven from 7 to 10 minutes at 200 degrees. The time required for baking depends on the size of the molds. Extracted from the oven cupcakes sprinkle with cocoa powder. 

When baking, you need to strictly adhere to the time. Otherwise, if you overdo fondan in the oven, you get a regular chocolate cake without a tender core.
