Zucchini sticks with cheese and garlic


1.5 kg zucchini or zucchini
6 cloves garlic
2/3 Cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Black pepper
Coriander, cardamom, salt (to taste)

To make

Crispy, tasty and flavorful zucchini sticks are the perfect dish for a light dinner or lunch. Prepare quickly and without much effort.

Beat eggs with salt. Cheese and garlic grate on a fine grater, mix with spices and breadcrumbs. Cut the zucchini into thin (about 1.5-2 cm thick) sticks.

Grease a baking sheet with oil. Dip each stick in the egg mixture, roll in breadcrumbs with cheese and spices and place on a baking sheet. Cook in a preheated 220°C oven for 15 minutes until crisp and Golden.

After 7-8 minutes after baking, turn the sticks to the other side. Serve with sour cream, mayonnaise, tomato sauce or garnish.
