Turkey and Swiss Wrap with Carrot Salad

Ingredients
Dijon spread with stuffing:
3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Wrapping:
1 whole grain flatbread (e.g. flatout)
1 ounce sliced turkey, baked in a low-sodium oven
ун ounces thinly sliced Swiss cheese (approximately 2 slices; such as sargento)
¼ cup fresh spinach leaves
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
Carrot salad:

½ teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
½ teaspoon white wine vinegar

Serve these turkey and Swiss rolls with carrot salad for a healthy kid-friendly lunch.
To make Dilly Dijon pate, combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a whisk. To make the wrap, spread half of the Dijon batter on a flatbread. Top with turkey, cheese and spinach.Put the bell pepper on the roll. Starting at the short edge, roll out the tortilla. Cut in half diagonally.To make the carrot salad, combine the carrots, tarragon, vinegar, and sugar in a small bowl; serve wrapped.
