Eggplant 1 PC.
1-2 eggs, pinch of salt
Parmesan cheese (optional)
garlic, salt, paprika, curry (to taste)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2-3 tablespoons flour

This is a very tasty snack for eggplant lovers. Eggplant cut into washers, with a thickness of about two fingers.
