These liver pancakes will appeal even to those who do not like liver. Cook them very easily and quickly, even a child can handle. Simple, useful and very tasty.

Chicken liver should be crushed in a blender or twisted in a meat grinder until smooth. Liver in advance wash, dry and cut all films, and veins, to pancakes not bitter. You can cook liver pancakes from any liver, chicken, beef or pork. Pour the mixture into a deep bowl and now in a blender grind 2 onions with two cloves of garlic and send to the bowl. In the finished liver stuffing, add 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of sour cream, salt, pepper, half a teaspoon and mix everything. It remains to add two or three tablespoons of wheat flour and our dough for liver pancakes is ready. You do not need to add a lot of flour, because the dough should turn out liquid. In a frying pan pour vegetable oil and heat well. With a ladle or tablespoon pour the dough in the form of pancakes. Fry on medium heat for two to three minutes on each side. They fry very quickly, do not overdo it, and then the pancakes will turn out dry and rubber. When cooking, do not cover with a lid, they are well roasted without it. Ready-made pancakes from the liver spread on a paper towel to excess oil left. With the rest of the test we do all the same. If necessary, add more vegetable oil.
