Ingredients
1 (4-karat) box of crustless sandwiches
6 cups canola or peanut butter
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Serve PB & J best in the form of doughnuts. With crustless doughnuts, you can whip up PB & J doughnuts (either just with peanut butter or chocolate hazelnut, as you like) in just 15 minutes. The cinnamon sugar gives the doughnuts a nice, churro-like crunch that perfectly complements the creamy center.
Heat the oil to 400°F in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.While the butter is warming up, heat it in 1 tsp. Cut a hole in the center of each crustless doughnut with a knife. Press the edges around the center of the hole so that the sandwich closes in the middle.Fry each sandwich in preheated oil until golden brown, 8-10 seconds on each side. Dry on paper towels. Combine the sugar and cinnamon on a plate; lightly roll the doughnuts in the cinnamon sugar.
