Yogurt, Honey and Walnut Parfaits

Ingredients
3 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
4 fillet leaves, thawed if frozen
⅓ cup sugar
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
3 cups plain Greek yogurt (not fat-free)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup honey
To make
Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Brush a baking sheet with the edges of the melted butter. Top with a baking sheet. Brush with plenty of butter, then sprinkle with sugar and nuts. Repeat with the remaining dough sheets, butter, sugar, and nuts, finishing with the sugar and nuts. (Each layer should take about 1 tbsp. l. add sugar and 1/4 cup nuts.) Bake until golden brown and crisp, 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool on a baking sheet on a wire rack. Break the dough into pieces.In a large bowl, combine yogurt and vanilla. In 4 cups, put the yogurt, honey and fillet pieces alternately. Serve immediately.
