¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
2 pounds boned chicken thighs and drumsticks
2 lemons, cut in half
Chopped fresh coriander for garnish

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger, paprika, cumin, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Roll the chicken in the marinade, generously covering the meat on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.Preheat the oven to 400°F. Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and place it in a single layer on a baking dish. Arrange the lemon halves among the chicken pieces. Bake until the chicken reaches 165 ° F on an instant-read thermometer, about 30 minutes.Cook the 6-inch-thick chicken in the broiler until it starts to turn black in places, 3 to 5 minutes. Garnish with a generous sprinkle of chopped coriander. Serve with sauteed lemons, which you can sprinkle on the chicken.
