Asparagus with Tomato and Feta

Ingredients
1 ½ cups halved grape tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound chopped asparagus
1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 oz shredded feta cheese
To make
Lightly season asparagus with tomatoes and feta cheese with white balsamic vinegar. This light asparagus side dish is also seasoned with grape tomatoes and feta cheese for extra flavor and color.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place tomatoes and olive oil on a jelly roll tin; toss to combine. Bake at 425° C for 4 minutes. Add asparagus; bake 9 minutes. Top with vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped feta cheese.
