Baked Tex-Mex Pimiento Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
½ (12 oz) can toasted red bell pepper, rinsed and chopped
¼ cup chopped green onion
1 jalapeno pepper, peeled and minced
1 (8-ounce) cube extra-spicy grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz) cube grated Pepper Jack cheese
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves
