1 cup brown sugar
7 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
1 ⅓ cups mashed ripe banana (about 2 large)
1 cup plain oatmeal
½ cup skimmed milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

To make

Add a twist to your regular banana bread with this banana oatmeal bread recipe. It's perfect for breakfast, but also great for snacking at any time of the day.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; beat well on a medium speed mixer. Combine the banana, oatmeal, and milk; add to the sugar mixture, beating well. Lightly pour the flour into dry measuring cups; smooth with a knife. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; whisk to combine. Add to the sugar mixture; beat until smooth. Spoon the batter into a 9-inch x 5-inch baking dish greased with cooking spray. Bake at 350 ° C for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until a wooden stick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan on a wire rack; remove from the pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
