Basic Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 ½ cups mashed ripe banana

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Combine the first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; beat with a mixer on medium speed. Add granulated and brown sugar; beat until smooth.Spoon flour into dry measuring cups; smooth with a knife. Combine the flour and the following 5 ingredients (with the addition of ground allspice). Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture; beat until smooth. Pour the batter into a 9-inch x 5-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 ° C for 55 minutes or until a wooden stick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Remove from the oven; cool 10 minutes in the pan on a wire rack. Remove the bread from the pan; cool completely. Mix the powdered sugar and milk, stirring, until smooth; sprinkle over the bread.
