Salmon with red currants

Ingredients
Salmon fillet-300 g
Red currant-150 g
Onion-1/2 PCs
Olive oil-30 ml
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Spinach leaves for decoration
To make
Any fish, and salmon especially, can become the main dish on the table, if skillfully cooked.
Crush the currants, leaving a few sprigs to decorate the dish.
Cut onion rings, mix it with currant puree, put salmon. Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil and soy sauce. Stir and leave for 1 hour.
Wrap the salmon in foil, place in the oven and bake at 200° 35 min. Serve on spinach leaves with currant sprigs.
