Beef Kefta Patties with Cucumber Salad

¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaved parsley, divided
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped peeled fresh ginger
2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups thinly sliced English cucumbers
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
½ cup plain Greek yogurt, fat-free
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 (6-inch) pitas, cut into quarters

Drizzle each serving with about 2 tablespoons of yogurt sauce. Serve each one with 2 slices of pita bread.
