Bell pepper salad

This is a recipe for a delicious, spicy salad of bell peppers. Pepper should be washed, dried and sent to the oven for baking.
Bake the peppers for 25-30 minutes at 210C (420F). Put the baked peppers in a saucepan, close the lid and after a while we will very easily clean them from the skin.
Marinate onions (I use red onions, you can also use white). Add two tablespoons of any vinegar to the onion, add water and leave to marinate.
Now peel the pepper from the skin. Peeled peppers cut into pieces.
Prepare the dressing. For dressing, you will need a tablespoon of lemon juice, salt to taste, half a teaspoon of honey, garlic, black pepper, a little coriander, one or one and a half tablespoons of olive oil. To peppers add pickled onion, red hot pepper to taste, parsley, dill or cilantro, depending on your tastes. In peppers add dressing, stir. Try the spice and salt. Maybe you will need to adjust something. Delicious salad-snack is ready.
