Bloody Mary Burgers

Ingredients
¼ cup unsalted ketchup
2 teaspoons ready-made horseradish
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
.38 teaspoons kosher salt
1 pound 90% lean tenderloin
Cooking Spray
4 whole-grain hamburger buns (1 1/2 ounces each)
8 romaine lettuce leaves
1 pickled cucumber with dill, thinly sliced crosswise

Inspired by a classic cocktail, these burgers will make a fantastic brunch meal with a vibrant flavor. To add spice to the umami, whisk 1-2 teaspoons of vodka with the sauce.
Combine ketchup and horseradish in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.Combine Worcestershire, garlic powder, celery salt, pepper, seasoning, and beef in a bowl; mix gently with your hands. Shape the mixture into 4 patties (3 1/2 inches in diameter).Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the mold with cooking spray. Place the burgers in the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired browning. Place 1 burger on the bottom half of each bun. Top the burgers with a mixture of ketchup, lettuce leaves and pickled cucumber. Top with half buns.
