Blue Cheese-Bacon-Spinach Dip

Ingredients
2 slices of bacon, sliced in the center
4 ounces chopped fresh spinach
½ cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
½ cup light sour cream
1 oz shredded blue cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ teaspoon ground red pepper flakes
⅛ a teaspoon of kosher salt

To make
The rich taste of blue cheese and salty bacon add originality to your usual spinach sauce. Serve the sauce with blue cheese, bacon and spinach with celery sticks for a crisp finish.
Saute the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon from the pan; crumble. Remove all but 1 teaspoon of the toppings from the pan. Add the spinach to the pan, stirring until it wilts. Allow to cool slightly. Combine the bacon, spinach, yogurt, sour cream, blue cheese, minced garlic, ground red pepper, and kosher salt. Serve with celery sticks.
