400 gr. ready fillets (minced'll need 500-550 gr.);
2 onions
2 carrots
3-4 pickled cucumbers
3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-2 garlic cloves (optional)
vegetable oil for frying
salt, ground black pepper to taste

To make

I present a classic version of the salad "gluttony". It can decorate both festive and daily table. Chicken fillet is ideal for cooking. 

For cooking fillet lower it in salted water for 30-35 minutes and add spices (Bay leaf, sweet pepper, etc.). Then the fillet should be cooled. You can also fry it in a frying pan or bake in the oven. 

Now you need to clean the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into thin half-rings, grate the carrots with a long straw. It is best to use a grater for Korean salads. Put the carrots and onions in the pan and pour oil, fry until soft. If you want you can also add 1 or 2 cloves of garlic cut into small cubes. After the vegetables are ready to add salt and pepper, then all this should be cooled. 

Cut the fillets into small cubes. Cucumbers cut into short strips. Mix the meat with cucumbers fried vegetables, then season the salad with mayonnaise.
