Broccoli-Bacon Skillet Pizza

Ingredients
10 ounces chilled wholegrain pizza dough
1 pack of fresh broccoli florets (12 oz) for the microwave in a tea bag
4 sliced bacon slices, chopped

Add the broccoli to the filling in the pan; mix well to coat. Remove the broccoli from the pan.Put the cheese and garlic in a bowl; stir until the mixture is thick.Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Roll out the dough into a 10 1/2-inch thick circle. Pour the oil into the pan; stir to coat. Remove the pan from the heat. Put the dough on the mold, lightly pressing the edges of the mold. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Return the skillet to medium-high heat; cook for 2 minutes or until the bottom is lightly browned. Place the pan in the oven; bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned. Sprinkle the broccoli mixture on top of the pizza; bake for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the oven; sprinkle the bacon on top. Cut into 8 slices.
