3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli, kosher salt, crushed red pepper and chopped garlic. Sauté 2 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water. Cover, reduce the heat to low, and cook for 2 minutes or until the broccoli is crisp and tender.
