Brunch Popover Pancake

Ingredients
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup of milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup melted butter or margarine
3 tablespoons orange marmalade
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pack frozen sliced peaches (16 oz), thawed and dried
1 cup frozen blueberries, defrosted
To make
Complete with fruit and a "pancake" according to this recipe, you do not need to serve anything else. If you want a more satisfying meal, try serving it with scrambled eggs and bacon, or thinly sliced ham.

Pour the batter into the hot pan.Bake at 425 ° C for 20-25 minutes.
