Cajun Boiled Peanuts

Ingredients
½ cup Cajun seasoning
2 pounds dried raw peanuts
½ cup salt
5-7 tbsp Cajun liquid crab broth

Boiled peanuts are a classic southern snack. This tangy peanut is made with Cajun seasoning and liquid Cajun crab sauce.
Put the Cajun seasoning in a large stock pan; add the peanuts and water to coat. Soak the peanuts for a minimum of 8 hours or a maximum of 24 hours. (You may need to flip the peanuts onto a large plate or lid to make sure they are completely submerged in water.)Put the peanuts, salt, and crabs in a saucepan with the broth and 4 1/2 cups of water; bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 6 hours or until the peanuts are tender, adding water as needed to keep the peanuts covered; stir occasionally.Remove from heat; let stand for 1 hour.
