Cajun Butter

Ingredients
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
To make
Add a Cajun flavor to your butter with this spice recipe.
Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper, celery, and Cajun seasoning; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove the pan from the heat; add 2 tablespoons of butter. Transfer the mixture to a mini food processor and blend until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature. (Sprinkle the corn with coriander leaves before serving.)
