1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ½ cups vertically sliced onion
1 teaspoon sugar
⅛ a teaspoon of kosher salt
½ cup pizza sauce
3 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
8 ounces shredded partially fat-free mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)

To make

Pour the sauce, prosciutto, onion and cheese over the pizza. This pizza is the perfect dish for a dinner party!

Bake at 500 ° C for 5 minutes.Spoon the pizza sauce over the cake, spreading it around the edge. Top with prosciutto, cheese and onion. Bake for another 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven; let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into slices.Note: When using chilled pizza dough, let the dough rise as indicated in step 1 for 1 hour.
