Caribbean Chicken Kebabs with Lime-Cayenne Butter

Ingredients
⅓ cup of orange juice
¼ cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch thick slices
1 sweet onion, cut into 1 1/2-inch thick slices
2 orange or red bell peppers, cut into 1 1/2-inch thick slices
1 pineapple, diced
