Cheesy BBQ Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
1 can tomatoes, diced (14.5 oz)
1 cup ketchup
½ cup bottled barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno pepper liquid (optional)
1 pack (11.25 oz) frozen garlic texas toast
½ cup (2 oz) grated spicy cheddar cheese
To make
Add the cheese and barbecue sauce to the ground beef in a traditional slooppy Joe mix and serve with Texas-style toast - an easy main course for the whole family.
Saute the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, 8 to 10 minutes or until the beef is crumbled and no longer pink; strain well. Return to the pan. Add the tomatoes, the next 3 ingredients, and, if desired, the jalapeno pepper and liquid. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, prepare the Texas style toast according to the directions on the package. Serve the meat mixture on top of the Texas toast; sprinkle with cheese.
