Chicken Alfredo with Fettuccine

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
1 pound boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
8 oz fettuccine, cooked and dried
To make
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Remove the chicken and set aside.Stir the sauce in the same pan. Simmer under the lid on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until completely warmed up. Serve the sauce and chicken on top of the hot fettuccine and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese if desired.
