Chicken and Dumplin Soup

Ingredients
1 can mashed chicken soup (10 3/4 ounces)
4 cups chicken stock
4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts, cooked and minced
2 cans vegetable mix (15 oz each)
1 chilled roll cookies (12 oz.), cut into quarters
Optional: pepper to taste

Chilled cookies make this dish as comfortable and easy as possible!
Combine soup and stock in a 6-quart saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, whisking until smooth. Add chicken and vegetables; bring to a boil.Dip cookie quarters into the soup; cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Let the soup sit for 10 minutes before serving. If desired, sprinkle each serving with pepper.
