Chocolate Parfaits

Ingredients
1 pack (1.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix without fat and sugar
2 cups 1% low-fat milk
½ cup light sour cream
1 container of frozen, fat-free whipped cream (8 oz.), defrosted and separated
¾ cup Graham cracker crumbs (4 cracker leaves)
1 tablespoon fresh grated chocolate
To make
For the preparation of this chocolate parfait, we tried to use both instant pudding mixes without sugar, and regular pudding mixes. To our surprise, we preferred the sugar-free flavor.
Whisk together the first 3 ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.Pour 1 tablespoon of crumbs into each of 6 4-ounce glasses and pour 1/3 cup of the pudding mixture. Repeat layers with remaining crumbs and pudding mixture. Sprinkle each parfait evenly with the remaining whipped cream and grated chocolate. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
