Chocolate-Peanut Butter Pudding

Ingredients
⅓ cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons dutch-style cocoa
1 ½ cups 1% low-fat milk
½ cup light cream
2 ounces milk chocolate, finely chopped
¼ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon chopped unsalted peanuts, dry-fried
To make
Very simple. Try bananas on top.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa in a medium saucepan; whisk to combine. Whisk together the milk and cream. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cook for 1 minute or until it thickens and begins to bubble. Remove from heat. Add the chocolate and peanut butter, stirring until smooth. Pour about 1/3 cup of the pudding into each of the 6 bowls. Sprinkle each serving with 1/2 teaspoon of peanuts.
