Ingredients

500ml milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon starch
Salt to taste
Vanilla sugar or other flavoring

To make

Pour half a Cup of milk, pour the rest of the milk into a saucepan. Pour a pinch of salt into the milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar and send the pan to the fire.

In a glass of milk, add 1 tablespoon of starch and stir to avoid lumps.

When milk in saucepan comes to a boil, gently pour the milk with starch and stir well. From the moment of boiling, the jelly should be boiled for 4-5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar (you can use any flavor to your taste). If you want a more liquid jelly, then reduce the amount of starch.

Milk jelly turns out really delicious.
