Ingredients
1 large egg lightly beaten
½ cup milk
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
¼ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
8 ounces chopped clam meat
½ Onion, finely diced
½ green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced through a meat grinder
Vegetable oil
