Cream Cheese Danish Casserole

Ingredients

Crescent-shaped rolls in 2-8-ounce jars for dinner
2-8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick butter or margarine
cinnamon and sugar to taste

To make

Quick and easy casserole for breakfast and brunch ... very popular for quick cooking.
Place 1 can of half-moon rolls, rolled out on the bottom of a 9x13 cm baking dish, greased with oil. Whisk together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of the dough. Roll another can of half-moon rolls so that they fit on top of the cream cheese mixture. Top with a generous sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar. Pour the melted butter over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When cool, cut into small squares. Serve well warm.
