Cream Cheese, Tomato, Red Onion, and Avocado Bagel

Ingredients
2 tablespoons 1/3 lower-fat cream cheese
1 (4 oz) bagel, sliced and toasted
2 slices of tomato
1 1/8-inch thick red onion slice, cut in half
½ avocado, peeled and sliced
⅛ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
To make
Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on a slice of each bagel half. Top each half with 1 slice of tomato, half a slice of onion, and half a slice of avocado. Sprinkle evenly with pepper.
