Ingredients

This elegant first course features an amazing combination of slightly bitter endive, creamy goat cheese and sweet orange juice. You can't go wrong with this simple appetizer - from the beautiful presentation to the fantastic taste.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Combine the walnuts and 1 tablespoon of honey; place on a baking sheet greased with cooking spray. Bake at 350 ° C for 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.Combine 1 tablespoon each of honey, vinegar, and orange juice in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat and cook until 3 tablespoons are left in it (about 5 minutes).Place 1 orange slice on each endive leaf. Sprinkle each piece with 1 teaspoon of cheese and 1 teaspoon of walnuts; place on a plate. Drizzle the vinegar mixture evenly over the leaves and sprinkle evenly with green onions and pepper.
