Ingredients
1 ½ ounces bourbon
1 ½ ounces plain syrup
1 oz campari
½ oz lemon juice
1 large egg white
3 oz ginger ale
1 crushed Zotz caramel
1 pack of Pop Rocks Lollipops

It's time to celebrate your inner wizard. Rise above the ground with this delicious, sparkling cocktail made with pop rocks and Zotz candies, which we Muggles have the closest thing to fizzy fizz. It is sweet, tart, with a fizz at each sip.
Combine in a shaker with the bourbon on ice and the following four ingredients. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass already filled with one tablespoon of Pop Rocks.Pour in the ginger ale and stir until smooth. Decorate your cocktail with zotz candies.
