Garbage Disposal Cookies

Ingredients

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
8 tablespoons (1 stick) softened unsalted butter
⅔ cup of light brown sugar per pack
⅓ cup granulated sugar
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg
8 Oreo cookies, cut into large pieces (about 1 cup)
8 standard cups Reese's peanut butter, cut into large pieces (about 1 cup)
⅓ cup of white chocolate chips

To make

These thick, sweetly named peanut butter cookies are like kitchen sink cookies, only better. Why? Because it's packed with Oreo cookies, Reese's Cups, and white chocolate, obviously. These are cookies that you prepare after a hard day's work (or a week), because you will feel much better if you try a warm cookie just out of the oven. Pro tip: Sharing your portion of trash disposal cookies with a neighbor or friend is guaranteed to make you feel even better.
Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl until smooth; set aside.Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Scrape off the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and egg; beat on medium-low speed until smooth.Add the flour mixture, whisking on medium-low speed until smooth. Using a rubber spatula, mix the Oreo cookies, peanut butter cups, and white chocolate chips by hand, scraping the remaining flour from the sides of the bowl. Cover the bowl and let the dough cool for 25-30 minutes.Preheat the oven to 375°F.Form the dough into 1.75-ounce balls and smooth them out lightly with your hands. Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, 2 inches apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes, turning the pans in the middle of the baking tray. Cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer the cookies to a baking rack until completely cooled. Repeat with the remaining dough until all the cookies are baked.
