Ginger Butter

Ingredients
½ cup unsalted butter
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 teaspoon soy sauce
To make
Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and cook over low heat until the ginger begins to sizzle, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and add the green onions and soy sauce. Serve in separate preheated butter tins or small preheated tins.
