16 brussels sprouts
⅔ a glass of water
1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
1 tablespoon butter
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ a teaspoon of salt

Whole-grain mustard gives Brussels sprouts with grainy mustard a zesty touch.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half; place in a pot of water. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Add mustard, butter, pepper and salt.
