2 cloves of garlic
2 cups of cooked chickpeas
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil

This recipe is an easy, healthy snack that is great for parties or on sandwiches. Serve it with pita bread, or fresh vegetables for extra fiber!
Directions:
Blend garlic, chickpeas, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil together in a food processor or blender until smooth. If you don't have a food processor, a potato masher will work.
Serve with pita bread, chips, or fresh vegetables.
