Haricots Verts with Cherry Tomatoes and Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
8 oz chopped verts beans (french green beans)
¾ cup chopped mushrooms
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 ½ teaspoons balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
To make
Thin bean pods need a little decoration. Here they are filled with a good dose of cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. After cooking, the taste is significantly softened. If you can't find small French green beans, replace them with regular green beans and increase the cooking time in boiling water to five minutes so that they are ready.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the string beans and mushrooms to the skillet; cook for 6 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Add the cherry tomatoes and vinegar to the skillet; mix well to coat. Sprinkle the vegetable mixture evenly with salt and pepper.
