Honey-Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 pound brussels sprouts, peeled, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup dried cranberries
½ cup chopped almonds

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the Brussels sprouts and vegetable oil in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir to coat.Place on a baking sheet with the sides in a single layer, cut side down, and bake until it is soft and the edges begin to brown, about 35 minutes.Drizzle the Brussels sprouts with honey and sprinkle evenly with the cranberries and almonds. Bake until the honey has melted and the cranberries and almonds are warmed through, about 5 minutes more. Serve immediately.
