Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
6 ounces finely chopped bittersweet chocolate
6 tablespoons water
2 ½ tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
6 cups vanilla low-fat ice cream

This simple dessert will be an exquisite end to any dish. Cool the remaining sauce and reheat in the microwave.
Place the chocolate in a large bowl; set aside.Combine the water, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan over medium-high heat; bring to a boil, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. Drizzle the hot sugar mixture over the chocolate; mix gently until smooth. Pour 3/4 cup of ice cream into each of the 8 bowls; pour 2 tablespoons of sauce over each serving.
