Key Lime Pie with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
2 cans of condensed milk with sugar (14 oz each)
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons lime zest
¾ cup fresh lime juice
Almond-nut crust
1 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Raspberry sauce
Garnish: lime slices, lime zest
To make
Serve with a slice of lime pie and raspberry sauce. Be sure to prepare our homemade cake, and do not buy ready - made-our cake is prepared with chopped almonds.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the first 4 ingredients until smooth. Pour the mixture over the almond-nut crust.Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cake is set and the edges are golden brown. Cool completely on a wire rack for about 1 hour. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.Combine sour cream and powdered sugar; spread the mixture over the top of the pie. Serve with raspberry sauce and garnish as desired.
