Ingredients
1 stick Melted Butter
1 cup flour
1 ½ cups pecans (leave 3/4 cup for sprinkling), chopped
16-ounce chilled whip container
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 boxes of instant lemon pudding (regular size, prepared as directed) Chilled
To make
We prepare 4 layers in a glass dish measuring 9 x 13Layer 1-butter, flour, and 3/4 cup pecans, mixed together and squeezed into the bottom of a glass pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until light brown. ALLOW TO COOL completely.2nd layer-cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup of chilled sour cream. Whisk until creamy and spread over the 1st layer.3rd layer-Lemon pudding (prepared according to the package directions) spread evenly over the 2nd layer.4th layer-whisk very hard, spread evenly over the 3rd layer and sprinkle with the remaining pecans.Cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
