Lemonade Pie

Ingredients
1 can condensed milk (12 oz.)
2 packs (3.4 oz each) instant lemon pudding mixes
1 tablespoon lemon zest
2 packs of softened cream cheese (8 oz each)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate (12 oz), defrosted
1 (9 inches) ready-made graham cracker crust
Defrosted frozen whipped topping
For garnish: crushed lemon lollipops
To make
For a homey look, freeze the cake for five minutes, then transfer it to your favorite pie dish before adding the filling.
Whisk together the condensed milk and the next 2 ingredients in a bowl for 2 minutes or until the mixture thickens.Beat the cream cheese and vanilla together on medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy. Add the lemonade concentrate, beating until smooth; add the milk mixture and beat until smooth. Pour on the cake. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or until set. Sprinkle each slice with whipped powder. Decorate if desired.
