Lobster Wraps with Lemon Mayonnaise

Ingredients
Lemon mayonnaise:
¼ cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh green onions
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
⅛ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Remaining ingredients:
¾ cup chopped tomatoes, unseeded (about 1 medium size)
4 lobster tails (4 oz each), cooked and chopped
4 whole-grain tortillas (2.8 oz) (e.g. Flatout)
8 lettuce leaves
To make
Tortillas replace buttered rolls in this version of the classic New England dish.
To make lemon mayonnaise, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, green onions, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper; mix well.Combine lemon mayonnaise, tomatoes, and lobster; mix well. Spread the lobster mixture evenly over the tortillas. Garnish each serving with 2 lettuce leaves. Roll the jelly into a roll.
