Mango Shrimp Kebabs

Ingredients
1 ½ pounds large, peeled, pitted shrimp
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ a teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch thick slices
2 mangoes, peeled and diced 1-inch thick
1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch thick slices
2 limes, sliced

These fresh mango-flavored shrimp skewers are a great option for a treat.
Prepare the grill over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the shrimp evenly with salt and black pepper. Line shrimp, bell pepper slices, mango cubes, and onion slices alternately on each of 8 (12-inch) skewers. Place the skewers on a grill rack greased with cooking spray; saute for 2 minutes on each side or until the prawns are tender. Squeeze the juice from the lime wedge onto the skewers.
